What is included in Staff Pulse?
Staff Pulse was built with the support of a psychologist to develop questions to measure staff engagement across core issues within the education sector.
Using targeted questions associated to evidence-based categories, schools can better understand the key areas they need to address. This gives your school staff a voice through anonymous surveys.
Gather feedback, build an action plan and measure results to improve staff wellbeing, school performance and retention.
With questions developed by a psychologist, the short surveys capture employee feedback across 21 different categories, including: workload, support, communication and enjoyment. In scoring and commenting on given statements, staff can be totally honest about how they feel and how you can support their wellbeing, without fear of judgement or repercussions.
